Intro to Bungee Fitness / Bungee Basics (Beginner)
All first-time Bounce customers start here. Learn safety essentials, proper technique, and foundational footwork to build confidence and master basic bungee movements.

Bungee Dance (Open / Beginner)
Turn up the music and dance your way to a full-body workout with Bungee Dance! This high-energy class combines in-harness cardio, dance movements, and strength training all while having fun and moving to the beat.

Bounce Bungee (Open / Intermediate)
For a high-intensity burn without progressing through all levels. This Bungee Bootcamp-style class combines in-harness cardio with strength training using weights, booty bands, and core routines.

Frequent Flyer Bungee (Intermediate)
For those who have completed the intro class. Develop endurance, refine technique, and add routines to prepare for advanced Infinity Flyer Bungee.

Infinity Flyer Bungee (Advanced)
Requires completion of Frequent Flyer classes. Learn advanced skills, fine-tune your technique, and combine bungee exercises with strength training for a full-body, fast-paced workout.
