Bungee Fitness

Here at Bounce Studio we take the science of plyometrics to new heights, with a bungee-assisted, cardio-focused workout. Body weight and bungees to create resistance and flight! Tone muscles without the damaging impact, creating a fun exciting workout!

The Science behind Bungee Fitness is Plyometrics – also know as jump training- muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum offers maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout! 

Bungee workouts provide a great source of a high intensity feel without the impact that lasts compared to a regular workout. These exercises are beneficial for anyone looking to do low-impact exercises that are easy on the joints. The bungees remove the pressure you usually put on unstable joints when using weights, running, or doing high-intensity workouts.

Class Levels

Intro to Bungee Fitness (Beginner)

EVERY FIRST-TIME BOUNCE CUSTOMER MUST START HERE.
This basics class is the place to start! In intro to bungee fitness, you will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness. Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to frequent flyer bungee OR Bungee Bootcamp.

Frequent Flyer Bungee (Intermediate Bungee)

ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 2 intro to bungee classes BEFORE ATTENDING FREQUENT FLYER BUNGEE.
Build on your basics and endurance as we challenge you to learn more advanced skills and routines. In Frequent Flyer Bungee, you will be repetitively practicing techniques and adding routines to get you ready to move on to the faster-paced Infinity Flyer Bungee!

Infinity Flyer Bungee (Advanced Bungee)

ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 10 frequent flyer classes BEFORE ATTENDING Infinity Flyer Bungee.
In Infinity Flyer Bungee you will learn an intense set of skill sets, fine-tune your technique, and continue to challenge your endurance. You will also begin your strength training with weights at this level, to achieve a full-body workout. In Infinity Bungee you will feel your confidence and endurance increase with the fast-paced format and fun music!

Bootcamp (Intermediate to Difficult)

ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 Intro to Bungee class BEFORE ATTENDING BOOTCAMP.
Do you want an immediate burn, without going through all levels of bungee fitness? Bungee Bootcamp takes the simple skill sets learned in intro to bungee class, and challenges you in one continual cardio push (No stopping to learn new skills, all endurance!) This class is split into two sections: In-harness cardio + out-of-harness strength training. After your cardio burst, you will use weights, booty bands, and core routines to sculpt and build muscle! Bring water and prepare to get sweaty!
