While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 70 percent, we still offer high energy. If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a waiver and health questionnaire. Each client is then privately weighed and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for workout. Be sure to eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come (or when you arrive.) You will want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, and good workout shoes! If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers. We also will provide additional foam padding for optimal comfort.
Prepare to get sweaty! Bring water and a sweat towel. (Tip: Black clothing will hide sweat best.) Don’t be late! The doors lock at class time. Once our Flight Crew is in their harnesses, they will not be able to stop the warm-up to take late arrivals. Children under the ages of 14 will not be allowed inside the studio. This is not a spectator exercise, we kindly ask that guests check out our Facebook, Tik Tok or Instagram page for videos and Bounce Studio in action and not watch during class out of respect for our clients.
